Ballon made with aerostatics PVC with Neptune graphics.
The helium gas (lighter than air) cancel the weight of the balloon making it rise in flight.
It can be used as an advertising tool or to illuminate an area below.
Because it is inflated with air, it can be hung or placed on the ground.
